Shipping options and rates are based on a simple flat amount. Some options may not be available in situations where the quantity or package size does not allow for shipping those methods. In cases of oversized packages (usually when they contains multiple mounted prints measuring 30x40 or larger) additional shipping charges may be required, however the customer will be notified in advance prior to processing the order. First class mail shipping may appear as an option when the order is limited to a few small unmounted prints.
How Prints are Packaged
Mounted canvas are shipped in corrugated boxes and protected via corrugated sheets and foam wrappings. Paper prints are typically shipped flat where size permits. Unmounted canvas or large paper prints (~20x30 or larger) are usually shipped in a shipping tube.

Transit time is the time the order is in shipment. Actual transit time may vary dependent upon courier schedule and destination. Please note orders also need up to several days for production which is not considered part of transit time.
Tracking information will be posted on the customer's order status page. Tracking information is usually updated by within 24 hours of the order's pickup. Please note tracking information is only available for orders shipped via UPS or FEDEX.
International transit times vary according to how long an item remains in customs. Please allow at least 2 weeks. The customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees billed by the destination country. U.S. rates apply when shipping via the postal service to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, and FPOs unless size and weight restrictions occur.
Prints shipping outside the U.S. and which are 30 inches or more in width or height may accrue additional chargers. EZ Canvas will contact you prior to processing for approval of any additional charges or if there are any issues with shipping large prints outside the U.S.
